Our meetings begin with a ‘themed’ session and we also spend a short time exploring the music of a less well known composer. Members are invited (but not obliged!) to suggest themes or individual pieces of music they would like to share with the group. Generally, we listen to extracts from works rather than the whole of a symphony, for example and we aim to provide variety at each meeting.
